Weddings are milestones in the journey of life. It is my job as your photographer to capture those moments that make your special day unique. My extensive background in photojournalism has taught me to blend into the event with little distraction and find those moments that others might not see.

While I understand the value of posed portraiture, I attempt to avoid the stiff, posed approach for a more natural look. I will work with you to create these "family tradition" images when necessary but prefer to follow my photojournalistic style.

What To Expect

My experience has determined some of the best photos are made prior to the walk down the aisle. I will arrive prior to the ceremony and photograph the details that you worked so hard to pull together. Preparations by the bride and groom will be allowed to flow without interruption with attention paid to those moments that pass in the blink of an eye.

The walk down the aisle, the vows, the kiss and the smiles of the happy couple as they pass before family and friends will be created with respect for the service and those attending. The first moments of your life together will be photographed in the natural settings available in and around the site. The reception and other activities celebrating your union will be photographed from dozens of angles completing a day of events that will recorded by at least 500 images.
